However Jigoku-Dani, about 112 kilometers south of Sapporo is also described as a paradise for some people.
In this place there are dozens of onsen or hot springs.
The visitors could soak her feet or soaking with a backdrop of snow that fell in the bonsai trees.
There is another source of hot water with the same name Jigokudani, more famous and is located on the island of Honshu, where monkeys snow showers.

Every June, many men with stylish clothes yukijin, let off fireworks into the air and dancing to the accompaniment of Japanese taiko drums as part of a fireworks festival Satan Noboribetsu.
Around the city there are nine statues of demons, most of the newly created to attract tourists.
However yukijin in Enma Do Shinto shrine built in the Edo period (1603-1868).
According to Shinto belief, Enma - King Neraka- standing in front of the entrance to hell and decide which of the six road to be traversed the deceased person.
Most straight to hell or born again into the world of war, while others experienced incarnation as animals or directly to heaven.
The views of this area of darkness is also understandable given the history of this island.
Soldiers Healing Center
Although Hokkaido inhabited by the native Ainu at about 18,000 BC, during Paleotik Up, the island is not built by the government until the end of the 19th century, in an attempt to prevent Russian expansion of Vladivostok, about 725 km across the Sea of Japan.
Noboribetsu hot springs used as a healing center for soldiers who were wounded by the war in the Russo-Japanese War, and consequently the architecture of the city still retains the impression of brutal concrete building with many hospitals that serve hot springs resort.
Another activity in Noboribetsu was walking along the eight kilometer around manas springs, geysers, thermal lake and steamy caves.
I also Oyunu Magawa along a small river leading to the foot bath water temperature slightly cooler due to snow and air.
While enjoying feet soaked and a little sunshine in February, I discovered the pleasures of heaven in Hell's central valley.
