Ramzan Kadyrov Resigns As President of Chechnya, to deepen knowledge of Islam

President of Chechnya; Ramzan Kadyrov, announced that he immediately resign from his post. He wanted to study Islam and take care of family and personal life.
The post of President Kadyrov actually will expire in April next year. However, he suddenly made an announcement to resign.
"My time is past. Every human being has a limit. I believe Kadyrov has passed its peak, "he said in an interview on Saturday, quoted by Russia Today, Sunday (28/02/2016).
Kadyrov has been the President of Chechnya, a republic in Russia's southern region with a turbulent history and violent, since 2007.
Before that, he had served as prime minister in the Chechen Republic for two years and held other important positions related to security.
Speaking to television station NTV, Kadyrov refused to speculate who could be the next President of Chechnya. He said, many strong candidates to replace him.
After resigning, he claimed would not seek a position in the Russian Federal Government led by President Vladimir Putin.

"The family, private life, the study of Islam. That is where I see myself. If there is a need for me to take a shovel, an assault rifle or a backpack in hand, I can do that, "he is convinced that he had done for his people.
After the interview, some community leaders calling for mass action Chechnya to plead with Kadyrov in order to remain in power. But on this day (02/28/2016) he asked the masses to do so.
"Of course, I am pleased to see the public support for this," Kadyrov said. "This proves once again that a man must dedicate his life to his followers," he wrote his Instagram account.
A threat to Russia?
Kadyrov's surprise announcement came a day after liberal opposition politicians; Ilya Yashin; published a report, which accused Kadyrov became a threat to Russia's national security.
He accused the Chechen leader as the leader of "separatist" who has a personal army. He is also accused of wanting to enforce Sharia law in Chechnya and maintain a luxurious lifestyle funded by the money he embezzled.

 
Surprisingly, the report was already known to Kadyrov himself an hour before being released. Ramzan Kadyrov became an influential figure in Chechnya. He had been only "right hand" of his father Akhmad Kadyrov, who was a prominent religious and political leaders.
Kadyrov clan is one of the clan who pledged allegiance to Moscow when the confrontation with the Government of the Republic of Ichkerian broke. Ichkerian government was trying to create a radical Islamic state in Chechnya.
